DiraChart AI

DiraChart AI is source-grounded, transparent, and built for clinical reference support.

DiraChart AI supports clinical reference work using organized DiraChart content, clear clinical context, and privacy boundaries for public use.

Reference support

Four principles shape DiraChart AI.

S

Source-grounded answers

DiraChart AI works from clinical reference content organized inside DiraChart, rather than open-web guessing.

C

Clear clinical context

Answers are built to show the context behind guidance, where assumptions matter, and when facility policy or clinical judgment should decide.

P

Protected public use

The public version is for de-identified reference support only. Patient-identifying information should not be entered into public tools.

G

Guided clinical growth

DiraChart can expand across MDS, OASIS, Home Care, Nursing Homes, and other reference areas while keeping review and guardrails in place.

How DiraChart AI supports work

Grounded answers, not open-web guessing.

  • Answers are connected to DiraChart reference content.
  • Clinical interpretation is separated from source reference material.
  • Public tools are for reference support, not patient-specific decision-making.
  • Facility policy and clinical judgment remain part of final use.
  • The same model can connect MDS, OASIS, Home Care, Nursing Homes, and future reference areas.

Privacy notice

Do not enter patient-identifying information in public DiraChart AI tools.

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, insurance IDs, or other patient-identifying information into public DiraChart tools.

The public version is for de-identified clinical learning, lookup, documentation support, and regulatory reference. Organizations that need to use DiraChart AI with protected health information can request a HIPAA-oriented deployment with additional safeguards, agreements, access controls, audit logging, and hosting requirements.

Connected clinical reference system

DiraChart connects clinical reference tools under one model.

MDS, OASIS, Home Care, Nursing Homes, and future DiraChart reference areas can connect lookup, guidance, reference context, and governed AI support without exposing internal build methods.
