How to use this module
This overlay adds heart-failure-specific monitoring on top of the parent assessment modules; it does not repeat the cardiovascular or respiratory examination. The patient's provider-ordered parameters — target or dry weight, weight-change thresholds, blood-pressure and heart-rate ranges, and fluid and sodium limits — always govern; the parameter and goal fields below are completed with the patient's actual orders.
