No incision detail, no prophylaxis/complication surveillance, no precautions, no assist/distance.

The post-surgical model note in §3: the incision, drain, VTE prophylaxis and calf assessment, pain-enabled therapy, precautions, and the reason skilled surveillance was required.

“Leg swollen.”

No comparison, no measurement, no DVT workup.

The VTE model note in §4: the unilateral calf swelling/warmth/tenderness (measured), the notification, the Doppler, and the prophylaxis review.

“Precautions maintained.”

Which precautions? Observed how?

State the specific surgical precautions maintained and how they were observed.
