Hyperglycemia/DKA concern

BG 420 with polyuria/thirst/lethargy — correction per scale, hydration, ketones/labs per order, provider notified, monitoring for DKA/HHS; reassess glucose/symptoms; supports Section N.

Electrolyte disturbance

New weakness with a critical potassium on labs — provider notified, order for repletion/telemetry received and carried out, cardiac monitoring, recheck ordered; event and response documented.
