No seizure activity, anticonvulsant per order, precautions in place (bed low, suction available), oriented at baseline. Skilled observation and precaution/medication management required; supports Section I.

Parkinson’s management

Motor status assessed, medications timed to function per order, fall and aspiration risks monitored, mobility with the ordered assist. Skilled observation and medication-timing management required; supports Section GG/I.
