  • Psychotropics (if any): indication and target symptoms, monitoring, PRN time limits, and GDR consideration documented; non-pharm interventions tried first (F758).
  • Suspected abuse/neglect/injury of unknown source reported per timeline (≤2 h if serious bodily injury / ≤24 h otherwise; results ≤5 working days) — F609/F610.
  • Safety check completed; next assessment/frequency confirmed.
