Subjective — ask

• Vaginal bleeding — especially any bleeding after menopause — or abnormal discharge, and any change since the last visit.
• Pelvic pain, its severity, and any fever.
• Adherence to post-operative instructions and pessary or pelvic-floor care and any problems.
• Urinary or bowel symptoms related to prolapse, and any pessary discomfort or discharge.
