Emergency-preparedness setup — detectors, current contacts, a plan to summon help, oxygen safety, and an equipment backup plan.
Coordination of durable medical equipment, physical or occupational therapy, or social work, and mandated reporting of suspected abuse or neglect per state law and agency policy.
