How to use this module
This overlay adds hypertension-specific monitoring on top of the parent assessment modules; it does not repeat the cardiovascular or vital-signs examination. The patient's provider-ordered blood-pressure parameters always govern. The general guideline treatment target is below 130/80 mm Hg with individualized exceptions, but the patient's ordered parameters control; record them first.
