MDS & care-plan linkage IVIG/IV medication and isolation (Section O0110), immunosuppressants (Section N), and the immunologic diagnosis (Section I) are coded from the record; the note must support each (F641). Each note ties to the allergic/immunologic care-plan problem/goal (baseline F655 → comprehensive F656 → revision F657); anaphylaxis or an immunosuppressed infection may trigger a Significant Change assessment (F637).
