Covered skilled procedure; observation & assessment
Compression therapy and complex lymphedema/skin care are skilled services under Chapter 8, and a lymphedematous limb carries a reasonable potential for rapidly progressing cellulitis/sepsis that requires daily nursing judgment to detect.
