Surgical drain

JP drain patent with serosanguineous output of decreasing volume (vs prior), site clean, bulb to suction, secured. Skilled drain assessment and closed-system management required; supports the post-surgical goal.

Peripheral IV, stable

Peripheral IV patent with the ordered fluid/medication, site without infiltration/phlebitis, dressing intact and dated, flushed per protocol. Skilled administration and site assessment required; supports the Section O IV item.
