How to use this module

This module supplies nutritional assessment and the skilled language that proves it required a licensed nurse — intake adequacy, therapeutic-diet adherence, malnutrition screening, and enteral-nutrition management. Weight measurement is shared with Vital Signs, swallowing mechanics with Taste / Swallowing, and disease-specific diet parameters (carbohydrate, sodium, renal restrictions) live in the relevant Disease overlays. The orientation throughout is toward adequate intake and preventing undernutrition. Each narrative is a structured example to be edited to the actual visit and the patient's ordered diet.
