How to use this module
This overlay adds anticoagulation-specific monitoring on top of the parent assessment modules; it does not repeat the cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, or hematologic examination. The provider's ordered anticoagulant, target INR range (for warfarin), monitoring schedule, and bleeding-precaution parameters always govern; record them first.
