How to use this module
This module supplies the gastrointestinal and abdominal examination and the skilled language that proves it required a licensed nurse — the abdominal exam, bowel function, ostomy management, and the recognition of acute abdomen and GI bleeding. Intake and diet live in Nutrition, fluid balance and dehydration in Hydration, abdominal pain characterization in Pain, GI bleeding on anticoagulation in the Anticoagulation overlay, and the ostomy device in Lines / Drains / Devices. Each narrative is a structured example to be edited to the actual visit.
