  • Fall-risk mitigation where proprioception is impaired, and home-hazard coordination (cross-reference Safety).
  • Coordination with Endocrine/Metabolic and the Diabetes overlay on glycemic control as the neuropathy driver, and management of painful neuropathic symptoms per order.
  • Immediate neurologic-emergency response and EMS activation for sudden or central sensory loss (cross-reference Neurological).
