Subjective — ask

  • Pain, swelling, drainage, or bleeding at the device site, and any change since the last visit.
  • Fever, chills, or feeling unwell, especially after device use.
  • Adherence to site care, flushing, and the feeding or infusion plan, and any device problems between visits.
  • Any dislodgement, leakage, alarm, or inability to use the device.
