How to use this module
This module supplies the neurologic examination and the skilled language that proves it required a licensed nurse — the systematic mental-status, cranial-nerve, motor, sensory, coordination, and gait assessment, and above all the recognition of acute stroke and other time-critical events. Detailed cognition lives in Cognitive / Mental Status, detailed sensation in Touch / Sensation, and the functional impact of deficits in Function and Musculoskeletal. The single most consequential judgment this module supports is recognizing an acute focal deficit and activating emergency response immediately — time is brain. Each narrative is a structured example to be edited to the actual visit.
