The patient coping and adjusting adequately to the illness.
Stable housing, food security, finances, and transportation.
Adequate resources with no unmet needs and no financial barrier to the plan.
Advance-care-planning addressed as appropriate to the situation.
No isolation concern and no indicator of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
