How to use this module

This module supplies the complete pain assessment and the skilled language that proves it required a licensed nurse — scale selection, functional impact, regimen evaluation, and adverse-effect monitoring. Disease-specific pain depth is added by the Pain disease overlay (3.5) and is not duplicated here. Each narrative is a structured example to be edited to the actual visit and the patient's ordered regimen.
