How to use this module
This module is the measurement backbone every other module draws on. It supplies correct technique, reference ranges, and the skilled language that proves vital-sign assessment and trending required a licensed nurse. The interpretation of a value in its disease context lives in the relevant Body System and Disease overlay (for example, volume-status meaning of a weight trend lives in Cardiovascular and the CHF overlay); this module owns the measurement and the general trend. Each narrative is a structured example to be edited to the actual visit and the patient's ordered parameters.
