Heart rate 60–100 bpm and regular.
Blood pressure within the patient-specific ordered parameters.
S1 and S2 present; no S3, S4, murmur, or rub (or a chronic murmur unchanged from baseline).
No jugular venous distension at 30–45°.
Peripheral pulses 2+ and symmetric (radial, dorsalis pedis, posterior tibial).
Capillary refill under 3 seconds; extremities warm, well-perfused, and normal in color.
No peripheral edema, or stable chronic edema at the patient's baseline.
Daily weight stable relative to baseline and target/dry weight.
Denies chest pain or pressure, palpitations, dyspnea, orthopnea, PND, dizziness, and syncope.
