- Voiding — stream, difficulty, frequency, or an inability to void — and any change since the last visit.
- Scrotal or testicular pain or swelling, or a new lump.
- Groin bulge or pain, and any nausea or vomiting with it.
- Adherence to catheter care and post-operative instructions and any surgical-site problems.
