Response and reassessment Document the patient’s response in measurable terms — epinephrine given and the response, a fever recognized and escalated, correct return demonstration of the auto-injector — not “tolerated well.”
State the reassessment plan: the reaction-readiness and infection parameters to recheck, the auto-injector expiration to track, and the threshold for escalation. When anaphylaxis or a neutropenic fever occurs, document the revised plan and the closed-loop escalation.
