Subjective — ask

• Any reaction — hives, swelling, wheeze, or stomach symptoms — and any new exposure, since the last visit.
• Fever, chills, or feeling unwell, especially if immunosuppressed.
• Adherence to the action plan, allergen avoidance, immunosuppressants, and infection precautions.
• Whether the auto-injector is available and not expired, and any difficulty using it.
