Subjective — ask

• New fatigue, shortness of breath, or dizziness, and any change since the last visit.
• Bleeding — gums, nose, urine, or stool color — and new bruising.
• Fever, chills, or feeling unwell, especially if immunosuppressed.
• Adherence to bleeding and infection precautions and the medication regimen.
