  • Perineal skin care and barrier application — gentle cleansing, moisture-barrier use, and containment — with return demonstration.
  • Distinguishing normal from concerning skin and the early signs of breakdown, dermatitis, and infection.

  • Moisture and incontinence management to prevent dermatitis and breakdown.
