• Skilled lymph-node and lymphedema assessment with limb-girth measurement and trajectory tracking against baseline.
• Recognition and escalation of lymphangitis and concerning adenopathy (cross-reference Integumentary).
• Compression-therapy management and skin care and coordination of complete decongestive measures per plan.
• At-risk-limb protection and infection-prevention support after mastectomy or node dissection.
• Skilled teaching of limb precautions, compression, skin care, and infection recognition, to competence with return demonstration.
• Coordination with the provider and oncology and with Peripheral Vascular for the edema distinction and Psychosocial for coping.
