No new lymphadenopathy; any chronic node unchanged and without concerning features.
Limb girth stable and symmetric, or an affected limb unchanged from baseline under the current plan.
No lymphedema skin changes beyond a stable baseline, and no breakdown.
No lymphangitic streaking, warmth, or systemic signs.
The at-risk limb without new girth increase or skin break, with precautions observed.
Compression garment or bandage fitted, worn as ordered, and effective, with intact skin beneath.
