  • New lumps or swollen glands, or increasing swelling of an at-risk limb, and any change since the last visit.
  • Redness, streaking, warmth, or fever in a limb.
  • Adherence to limb precautions, compression, and skin care.
  • Any skin breaks, cuts, or infections on an at-risk limb.
