Oxygen dependence with a nasal cannula requiring skilled skin surveillance that, with other factors, makes leaving home a taxing effort (management in Respiratory/COPD).
Recurrent or difficult epistaxis requiring skilled control and monitoring.
An acute sinus or nasal condition that limits leaving home.
A need for assistance and a taxing effort to leave home where nasal or oxygen management is ongoing.
