• Nosebleeds — frequency, amount, and how they are controlled — and any change since the last visit.
• Nasal congestion, facial pain or pressure, or a change in smell.
• Skin irritation or soreness under the oxygen cannula.
• Adherence to humidification and epistaxis-prevention measures on oxygen or anticoagulation.
