Subjective — ask

  • Mouth or throat pain, difficulty or pain with eating, and any change since the last visit.
  • Dry mouth, taste change, or a bad taste, and bleeding gums.
  • Denture fit and any sore spots, and adherence to mouth care.
  • Any difficulty breathing, swallowing secretions, or new swelling of the mouth or throat.
